Thank you for using Cheeky Chat! This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our mobile application “Cheeky Chat” (the “App”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

- Age
- Gender
- City of residence
- Nickname
- Profession
- Hobbies
- Other information provided by the user
How We Collect Information
We collect your name and email address when you log in to the App using the Google or Apple sign-in button. All other information is voluntarily provided by the user when completing their profile page.
Use of Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To store and analyze user data
- To facilitate user interaction
Data Storage and Security
All user data is stored in our secure Firebase database. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure of personal information.
Ownership of User-Generated Content
Users retain full ownership of the content they publish within the App; however, they grant Cheeky Chat a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such content within the operation and promotion of the App. Users acknowledge and agree that they do not have the right to claim any ownership rights over the images, texts, or any other content they publish within the App.
Copyright Notice for Images Provided by the App
All images provided by the app for creating user posts have been purchased with a valid license from Shutterstock, Inc. or other authorized sources. Users are not permitted to reuse these images for personal purposes outside of the app’s intended use. Any unauthorized use of these images by users is solely their responsibility and may result in legal action by the copyright owners, such as Shutterstock, Inc., for infringement of their rights.
Responsibility for Unauthorized Use of User Content
Users are responsible for the appropriate and legal use of images, texts, or other content they publish within the App. Cheeky Chat will not be liable for any violations of intellectual property rights resulting from the unauthorized use of content by users. In the event of claims or legal actions related to the unauthorized use of content by users, users agree to indemnify and hold Cheeky Chat harmless from any liability, damage, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from such claims or legal actions.
Place of processing
The processing of personal data is performed at our service provider’s facilities, namely Firebase and Google, which are located in the United States. By using our application, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and/or any other country where Firebase operates.
Retention time
We retain personal data provided by users for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data from our database at any time.
Please note that even if a user requests the deletion of their personal data, we may retain certain information for as long as reasonably necessary to prevent fraudulent or inappropriate behavior, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal obligations.
User Rights and Data Deletion
Users have the right to access and modify their personal information through their profile page. They can also delete their personal information by using the “Delete User” button. However, certain data necessary for preventing fraudulent or inappropriate behavior may be retained. Token purchases and anonymous user IDs of contacted users are kept for system integrity and user experience purposes.
Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for use by adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to remove that information from our database.
Cookie Policy
Our app does not use cookies or similar technologies to collect information from users. No cookies are used to track user activity or for analytical purposes. Therefore, no cookie preference management by users is required.
Infrastructure Monitoring
This App uses infrastructure monitoring services to improve performance and troubleshoot issues. These services may filter and monitor the activities within the App.
Firebase Crash Reporting (Google Inc.)
Firebase Crash Reporting is a monitoring service provided by Google, Inc.
Personal Data collected: various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.

Registration and Authentication
By registering or authenticating, Users allow our Applications to identify them and give them access to dedicated services.
Depending on what is described below, third parties may provide registration and authentication services. In this case, our Applications will be able to access some Data, stored by these third-party services, for registration or identification purposes.
Firebase Authentication (Google Inc.)
Firebase Authentication is a registration and authentication service provided by Google Inc. To simplify the registration and authentication process, Firebase Authentication can make use of third-party identity providers and save the information on its platform.

Google Places Autocomplete
Our Applications may use the Google Places Autocomplete service provided by Google, Inc. This service enables our Users to conveniently enter location information by suggesting addresses and places as they type.
When using the Google Places Autocomplete service, certain Personal Data may be collected, processed, and stored by Google, Inc., as described in their Privacy Policy.
Please note that the use of the Google Places Autocomplete service is subject to Google’s terms and conditions and privacy practices. By using our Applications, you agree to be bound by Google’s policies and acknowledge that the processing of Personal Data by Google, Inc. is beyond our control.

The User acknowledges and agrees that the Owner shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or legal liabilities arising from the User’s misuse of our Applications, breach of applicable laws, or violation of the rights of third parties.
The Owner reserves the right to cooperate with competent authorities and disclose the User’s Personal Data, if required by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect and defend the rights or property of the Owner, or to prevent or investigate any wrongdoing.
