App Description
Cheeky Chat is a dating app that allows you to meet new people through the use of pre-filled closed-ended questions. Our app offers you the possibility to interact with other users in a respectful and fun environment.

You must be of legal age to use Cheeky Chat.
User Conduct
As a user of Cheeky Chat, you must respect other users and comply with the rules of the application. By using this app, you agree to abide by our community guidelines and understand that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. We strive to create a safe and respectful environment for all users. Any form of harassment, hate speech, offensive language, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, it is strictly forbidden to publish any personal or private information relating to oneself or anyone else (by way of example but not limited to: name and surname, email address, identifier on social networks, etc…) with the sole exception of one’s phone number which will be voluntarily entered by the user to allow (only to those users with whom he/she has freely chosen to share it) to be contacted back. We reserve the right to take immediate action, including the suspension or termination of accounts, to maintain the integrity of our community. Users are encouraged to report any instances of objectionable content or abusive behavior to our moderation team for review and appropriate action. You are prohibited from exploiting any feature of the app to bypass or missuse it. Additionally, you may not use offensive or inappropriate language or upload vulgar or offensive pictures.
Intellectual Property of the App
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree not to copy the core idea of Cheeky Chat, engage in competitive or harmful activities, or seek alternative means to generate profits or benefits through our application.
Intellectual Property of Contents
Users retain full ownership of the content they publish within the App. However, by using Cheeky Chat, users grant Cheeky Chat a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such content within the scope of the operation and promotion of the App. Users acknowledge and agree that they do not have the right to claim any ownership rights over the images, texts, or any other content they publish in the App.
Copyright on Images Provided by the App
All images provided by the app for creating user posts are purchased with a regular license from Shutterstock, Inc. or other authorized sources. Users are not permitted to reuse these images for personal purposes outside of the app’s intended use. Any unauthorized use of these images by users is their sole responsibility and may result in legal action by the copyright owners, such as Shutterstock, Inc., for infringement of their rights.
User Responsibility for Unauthorized Use of Content
Users are responsible for the appropriate and legal use of images, texts, or other content they publish in the App. Cheeky Chat shall not be liable for any violations of intellectual property rights arising from unauthorized use of content by users. In case of claims or legal actions related to the unauthorized use of content by users, users agree to indemnify and hold Cheeky Chat harmless from any liability, damage, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from such claims or legal actions.
Payments and Refunds
Payments and refund policies for in-app purchases are governed by Google and Apple. Cheeky Chat utilizes the official tools provided by these platforms for all purchases and respects their rules.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any misuse of the application or the consequences of unpreventable cyber-attacks. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify, delete, or block data and user accounts without legal repercussions.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage users to first attempt to resolve any disputes or issues through our customer service by contacting us at cheekychat.help@gmail.com. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, any legal actions will be subject to the jurisdiction of Verona (Italy).
